I support the Business/Portfolio and its respective Projects by providing accurate and timely management information (MI) to enable successful delivery of programme\project outcomes. • Accountable to the Business Director and the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) for accurate and timely creation and maintenance of the business integrated Master schedule (IMS) and associated resource and costs that capture all the work required to achieve the Business objectives within the project’s Business Case to the correct timescales and to budget.

• Liaising with the business director and programme managers, for the for developing and maintaining the following artefacts; Project preparation plan, Business change and Benefit plan, Stakeholder engagement plan, Business Case and Investment Appraisals, project reviews and audit reports.
• Responsible for the Project integrated team effective collaboration.
