Supervises the Testing and Commissioning Team which comprises Electrical Technicians. Delegates and assigned tasks for the day. Performing commissioning works for the whole Passenger Loading Bridge as per the protocol, including: protective relays, control and interlocking circuits, control and protection panels, AC and DC systems, Batteries and battery chargers, Fire Fighting systems, earthing grids, programming, power transformers test, etc. Attending inspections with the clients and demonstrates how to operate and how the PLB works to get the Owner’s Consultant approval. Reports to the Testing and Commissioning Engineers to discuss open items and take decisions to solve problems.
•Implement, maintain and improve electronic system equipment, facilities, components and systems.
•Construct, assemble, and modify electronic units such as punching machine, parking barriers, sliding doors, security access control, etc.
•Attend and perform all related corrective, urgent/emergency calls for all Health Center Facilities.
•Review manufacturers’ service manuals, own establishment’s usage schedules, and records of maintenance problems to determine optimum frequency of preventive maintenance.
•Diagnose and evaluate systems prior to repair. Troubleshoot electronic and mechanical problems to determine route cause of issue and recommend a corrective action.
•Report all repair or replacement of damaged parts for various electronic appliances.
•Testing all electronic devices on a monthly basis.
•Perform preventive repairs and maintenance services on all electronic systems equipment and components.
•Provide support to other Facilities & Engineering department as required.
Assembles, installs and wire the electrical systems in partially built high rise buildings. Installs, replaces and repair lighting fixtures, electrical controls and distributions equipments (switches, relays & circuit breaker panels. Follows blue prints and wiring diagrams. Conducts preventive maintenance and record keeping. Performs some other related tasks as the work requires.
Provides service in support of the US program for Iraqi Freedom. Troubleshoots electrical problems of both the civilian & military customers. Works from ladders, scaffolds and roofs to install, test, repair and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
