I. Worked on Saudi Aramco Jazan Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (JIGCC) project. Completed Hardware Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
II. Involved in various projects for documentation duties that’s meet Saudi Aramco standard.
III. Joined HARADH and HAWIYAH Field Gas Compression project supporting in doing Heat Ventilation & Air Condition (HVAC) & Power Requirements (PR) documents.
IV. Learned about Distributed Control System (DCS) through online training and on job training. Additionally, worked on EXPERION system for Honeywell.
V. Got Six Sigma Green Belt DFSS Software certificate.
VI. Finished on job training for project Management (April 2019 - August 2019):
a. Shadow Project Managers in most their activities at Honeywell.
b. Joined Forecasting review meetings with full interactions with Project managers and document controls engineers
c. Trained about the internal Honeywell PM procedure in SAP, Sales Force, and excel sheets formats in Budgeting.
d. Prepared Purchased requests and worked on some procurements activities.
VII. Joined Quality team and did Quality tasks that meets ARAMCO standard:
a. Prepare all documents for Process Inspection meeting.
b. Prepared Quality Plan.
c. Did various activities in the Assembly stage, Pre-FAT, Pre-shipment, Inspection Notifications, and more of internal communication and external about all Quality tasks.
VIII. Worked on building SCADA system points for Ras Tanura Refinery Clean Fuel Project.
IX. Took the following courses with the Honeywell global Automation college:
a. Experion PKS: Advanced Server and Station installation and Administration (EXP-23R510).
b. Experion PKS: Fundamentals - Configuration, Graphics Building and Control Strategy Implementation (EXP-50R430)
c. Experion PKS: Fundamental - Server Engineering & configuration Implementation (EXP-02R500).
