• Directing staff, consultants and contractors from beginning to turn key of the project.
• Analyzing the risk/return profile from inception of a new development, and present the potential gains and risks to the board. Providing a recommendation based on a feasibility-study.
• Responsible for resource allocation, policy and procedure implementation and adherence.
• Directing the development, monitoring and control of schedules and budgets of assigned major capital projects and programs to ensure conformance and accomplishment of established corporate goals and objectives on time and within budget.
• Assigning and directing the preparation, review and approval of various technical project reports, status reports, board items, draft plans and specifications, departmental policies and procedures.
• Representing the Division as management during meetings, presentations, public hearings, etc. other departments and outside agencies.
• Directing the management of the Division's needs, including all personnel related matters (merit review, new employee hiring, disciplinary/performance counselling, staffing requirements, etc.), project assignments, operating budget development/control.
• Leading the implementation and oversight of Sustainability Vision and creating an environment where Sustainability and Innovation Initiatives are a daily activity.

Construction Manager for the Berlin based contractor. Responsible for the quality assurance, time and cost management. NATURE OF WORK
• Coordinated and led progress meetings with the owner, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Compiled project schedules for the construction duration.
• Elaborate BOQs and project specifications.
• Negotiate Subcontractors contracts.
• Checking of working drawings, controlling the construction on site.
• Claim and cost management.
• Building handover to client.
