Duties & Responsibilities:
* Managed scheduling & planning, breakdown, preventive, predictive and shutdown maintenance activities.
* Reviewed daily and weekly operations for production measures and targets.
* Responsible for preventive, corrective and troubleshooting maintenance of plant assets.
* Supervised the installation & commissioning of Machine and instruments (Level, Pressure, Flow, Temperature transmitter, Load cells, Weighing indicators)
* Basic troubleshooting of Plant PLC.
* Initiated and controlled of AI, BDA, Root Cause analysis.
* Asset structure creation and maintenance management (recording/monitoring and maintaining all assets in good serviceable conditions).
* Vendor coordination and follow ups for modifications and spare parts.
* Creating SOPs, OPL’s, visual standards, maintenance schedules, calibration schedules.
* Performed and executed work order management through SAP.
* Erection & commissioning of Nescafe & Culinary Plant machines like Schmucker, Langen & Fibreking, Volpak, Bossar and Somic.
* Executed cost saving projects on electrical and automation for Power, Glue, ingredients, safety and quality.
* Performed maintenance, inspection, overhaul and troubleshooting of utilities and continuous process plant instruments.
* Assist/evaluate ESR raised by operators.
* Closing of safety gaps in plant.
* Coordinator in between project contractors and OEM during Installation and Commissioning.
