• Develop the Integrated Marketing Communication plan for the 5 countries including objectives, targets, budget, tools, and determine the main measurement indicators
• Report to senior management Field Marketing dashboards, constantly align targets and KPIs
• Pilot the implementation of the plan in each country while respecting timings and budgets
• Ensure that the application of corporate communication standards and policies across the organization are respected and that locally created material are done under the corporate communication standard
