Spreading out and sharing my experience with clients in need of guidance for their projects, from car museum in Cancún (Mexico) to financial consultancy for CENACE (Energy regulatory Government Institution). In these cases my participation successfully rerouted the path of these projects achieving money savings and financial health, also helped my clients to reorganize the projects operative structure.
One of the most well-known Museum Consultant Firm in Mexico, during this period I led the exhibit design of several major projects valued at around five million dollars each, managing design and content teams, monitoring project progress and tracking the financial managing. Within this period I managed the design, fabrication and implementation in KSA of a 4, 500 sq f. exhibit, successfully facing various challenges, avoiding financial risks, completing the project on time and with extra profits.
The biggest and most important Childrens Museum in Latin America, I started as exhibit designer and became Exhibits Deputy Director, within this period I improve the design and fabrication processes by using innovative materials and industrial processes as carbon fiber, also implement a fabrication tracking mechanism that ensured results and avoided error saving considerable amount of resources.
Museum and Exhibition Designer & Manager specialist of 30 years’ experience who specializes on the development of new museums and cultural projects. As designer collaborated or leaded the design and production of more than 2, 000 interactive and hands on exhibits for more than 18 museums in Mexico and abroad and about eight (8) traveling exhibitions. As manager in museum projects was responsible of budgeting and tracking of about ten major projects of museums and exhibition as big as 30, 000 sq. f. and was the leader of Ithra’s Early Childhood Exhibit in Dhahran (KSA). As executive within the museum industry was responsible of the relation with stakeholders, clients and suppliers, negotiator of contracts and extra payments with profitable benefits for the corporation.
