RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Total Towers - 102 no’s (Transmission line to give power supply to Oil wells Skid)
•Single and double Circuit.
•Reviewing all Electrical Drawing before submittals and giving feedback to Design
Deportment.
•Co-ordinate with procurement team for site requirement and quantity of materials.
•All Activities and Material inspections are carryout as per the Approved ITP.
•Inspecting Material and making checklist and MRIR.
•Preparation of RFI and submit to the Client Engineer.
•Preparing Drum Schedule for UG cable Laying and Overhead Conductor Stringing
Works as per Tower Schedule.
•Inspecting Tower Foundation Earthing as per the Approved Drawing.
•Monitoring and Inspecting the Isolator Switch’s Installation Work.
•Monitoring UG Power Cable & FOC Laying and IR Test Witnessing with Client for the
Laid cable.
•Monitoring and checking the installation of Earthing for Surge Arresters and Isolator Switch for 33kV OHL.
•Monitor and Check the Conductor & OPGW Stringing and Sagging works.
•Monitoring Vibration Damper & Spacer Damper Installation Works.
•Monitoring and witnessing the HIPOT Test for 33kv UG Cable.
•Monitoring and witnessing the Pre-Commissioning Test for OHL.
•Executing Shutdown Activities for Tie In works.

2. Construction of 132/13.8 kV NORTH AL MORABA S/s 8187 at Riyadh.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•QA/QC documentation and Prepare and maintain the quality records.
•Supervise and Monitor installation of following Equipment’s.
1. Main Earthmat, Reinforcement Earthing & Equipment Earthing.
2. Cable, Cable tray, Lighting, Distribution control panel.
3. 67MVA Power Transformer.
4. 132kV Gas Insulated Switchgear.
5. 13.8kV Switchgear Panels.
6. NER installation.
7. Substation Shielding Installation.
•Preparation of RFI and submit to the NG Engineer.
•Preparation of Daily Progress Report and send to the NG Engineer.
•Ensure Work Inspection Request as per the ITP and Incoming Material Inspection Request is implemented and maintained.
•Issuing NCR in case of any Work or material deviation from Standard, Specification and scope of work.
•Identify areas where improvements are needed and to initiate preventive action and provides early Feedback to the site team lead QA/QC on the issues, potential delays or interface problems.
•Conducting inspections for all electrical & electromechanical material deliveries.
•Compiling of design standards and resolve design issues in coordination with the design team.
•Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements, Check List and drawing.
•Ensure that all equipment used are calibrated and with valid certificates.
•Coordinate with safety Engineer regarding implementation of safety rules and regulation.
Project : Under Ground Transmission line 132 kV Double and single
Circuit at Riyadh As -Safa Project Total-3 circuits (15 KM)
Client : National Grid Saudi Arabia.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Construction of Civil Excavation and Concreting.
•Visiting proposed construction site plus selects best shortest route to avoid
Interference With telephone or other Utility’s.
•Excavation of Trench for Under Ground Cable as per the Drawing and site
Condition.
•Preparation of recommended Equipment for Work Progress.
•Sand bedding as per the design Drawing.
•Laying PVC Pipes for Duct Bank and Pour the concrete in Road Crossing.
•Coordinating with Sub contractor for HDD work at Long High way road crossing.
•Pouring lean concrete for Joint Bay & Constructing the Joint bay for cable jointing
