Follow up all sub-contractor works which going on in the assigned area.
Carrying out General inspections for all facility buildings in kaust.

1. Red Sea Mall Expansion Project.
Responsibility Area
Project execution and implementation.
Check the quality of all work related with Electrical system as per client requirements which includes Fire Alarm, Public Address and BMS System etc.
Commissioning and testing of UPS System of 1500kva with 64No Battery Bank.
Testing, Commissioning of Power distribution System including 6 Package Substation of 1.6MVA
Transformer with RMUs and Power cables up to (3X300 AWG MV Cables).
Performed Hi pot test personally of all Cables.
Monitor installation of CCTV System.
Coordinate in all kind of Electrical work with civil department time to time.
TO push the project for work as per time period.
Make inspections reports (RFIs, MRIs and MSS) on daily basis to satisfy consultant and client.
Supervision of all subcontractor activity.
Updating all related drawings for Electrical, P.A System and DATA Communication system.
Execute Electrical team.
2. Harbor School Remodeling Project (KAUST.
Project execution and implementation.
Supervision of all subcontractor activity.
To check the quality of all work related with Electrical system.
TO push the project for work as per time period.
Making Project reports and RFIs, MRIs and MSS on daily basis to satisfy consultant and client.
Coordinate in all Electrical works with civil department time to time.
Testing, Commissioning of Power distribution System including RMU and Package Substation.
Updating all related drawings for Electrical, P.A System and DATA Communication.
3. King Abdullah Monument (KAUST).
Site Execution, Implementation and Mobilization.
Operation and Maintenance of Project which includes Electrical Mechanical, BMS, Fire Alarm
and P.A System.
Testing, Commissioning of Power distribution System.
Assist Project Manager for all technical reports.
PPM activities planning and implementation for KAM Operation and maintenance.
Authorized Work Permit Issuer of KAUST (Valid).
Daily, Monthly and Annual Reports and plans.
Preparing Project Staff duty roasters Programs.
Preparation and scheduling of shut down plans (emergency and routine).
• Project Execution, implementation, Coordination and Supervision.
• Attending Meetings with ARAMCO for Sub Contractor Construction as QC Supervisor.
• Inspection and Maintenance of package Sub-Station and Distribution system.
• Testing and commissioning of Panel Protection system.
• Installation and trouble shooting of control panels.
• Testing and commissioning of deferent type CTs and PTs during installation by Alfanar Engineers.
• Installation of Energy meters.
• Carrying out of Cable tests for insulation.
• Operation and maintenance of deferent type of circuit breakers.
• Attended PPM activities (Testing and Maintenance) for main Distribution system which includes Power cables, RMUs and Power Transformers.
• Responsible for “Daily, Monthly & Annual Reports” for all related issues like PPM, Reactive tasks.
• Estimation for Renovations of buildings and Modification of Electrical system as per ARAMCO Standards.
• Enough knowledge Commissioning and Maintenance of UPS systematise and its backup Battery banks.
• Store Transaction for Materials and inventory.
Responsibilities:
• Operation and maintenance of Sub Station equipment’s of different capacities of 132kv/11kv.
• Different Tests are performed/Attended of Substation equipments during this Job as Under:
POWER TRANSFORMER:
It includes 132/66/11kv, 132/33kv, 132/11kv & 66/11kv power transformers of different capacity .the following tests are performed.
I. Continuity Test.
ii. Insulation Test
iii. T.T.R. Test.
iv. Short circuit Test & Open circuit Test.
v. Capacitance & Dissipation Test.
CIRCUIT BREAKER:
i. Continuity Test.
ii. Recording of opening/closing Time of the Breaker.
iii. Insulation or HI-Pot Test.
iv. Contact Resistance Test.
CURRENT TRANSFORMER:
I. Continuity Test.
ii. Insulation Test.
iii. Polarity Test.
iv. Ratio Test & Confirmation of CT’s Circuit with Primary injection Set.
v. Saturation Test.
POTENTIAL TRANSFORMER:
I. Continuity Test.
ii. Insulation Test.
iii. Polarity Test
iv. Voltage Ratio Test.
RELAYS:
The following relays are tested in routine as well as in emergencies with ZEB Test Set, BB Test Set, and Universal Test etc.
DISTANCE RELAY:
It includes PYTS-101, PYTS-103 Quadra mho, Siemens, REL-511 (ABB), and REL-521(ABB).
DIFFERENTIAL RELAY:
It includes DMH, DTH, D21SE3, Siemens, RADSB (ABB) and Bus Bar protection Relay
RADHA (ABB).The following tests is carried out.
I. Pickup Test.
ii. Slope Test.
iii. Harmonic Restrain Test.
OVER CURRENT & EARTH FAULT RELAY:
IT includes CDG Spaj-321(ABB), Spaj-140C (ABB), CTU, MCGG, Siemens, Under / Over Voltage Relay Spaj-130C, Overload and Unbalanced Relay Spaj-160CPole discrepancy relay test.
METER AND GAUGES:
It include 3 phase -3 wires, 3-phase-4 wire meters, which are tested rotary set and
Microprocessor base test set. The gauge includes oil temperature, winding temperature are Calibrated as well.
132KV BANK CAPACITORS:
132KV Bank Capacitor of 120 Cells and 90 Cells installed at three different grid stations.
Control wiring of power transformer, circuit breakers, CT’s/PT’s and especially of
11kv Sub Station has also carried out according to drawing.
Testing of power cables
• Maggering and Hi-Pot tests and cables jointing works carried out during commissioning of switch gears of 132 kv Grid station LACHI..
• Planned preventive maintenance (PPM) of substations.
• Participate in system shutdowns (routine and emergency).
• Authorized Work Permit issuer for distribution line in substations.
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual reports and analysis for the smooth operation of the system.
• Staff supervision for routine duties and shift programs.
Responsibilities:
• Operation and maintenance of Distribution Lines and package substations(Overhead and underground).
• Monitoring of contractor works for as QC Inspector.
• Commissioning of 11kv feeders.
• Estimation of Distribution lines and package substations.
• Installation of KWH/MDI meters.
• Planned preventive maintenance (PPM) of 11kv feeders and substation.
• Participate in system shutdowns (routine and emergency).
• Authorized Work Permit issuer for distribution lines.
• Responsible for Daily and technical analysis reports for the smooth operation of the system.
• Making proposals for augmentation and deposit works.
• Responsible for “Material Requisition” from stores.
• Responsible to provide technical support to Sub Contractors team in the installation of electrical works i.e grounding, cable termination etc.
