• Managed procurement of critical $1.5M value pipeline packages including pipes, valves, flanges, and spare parts from Suppliers in UK & China
• Coordinated technical-commercial alignment with engineering, QA/QC, and manufacturers.
• Monitored HP testing, NDT reports, MTC certifications, and inspection documentation.
• Negotiated packing and labelling requirements with OEM to ensure safe transportation.
• Applied Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach to procurement of goods and services.
• Collaborated with logistics to support transportation planning from China, Italy, UK.
