- Complies with the hotel's health, safety and hygiene policy.
- Check and follow up on the water treatment for indoor, outdoor pools, and fountains
- Carries out the repairs and maintenance of all electronic systems and equipment such as in-house movie system, in-house music system, paging system, intercom system, telephone system, audio/video and projection equipment.
- Attends to electrical operation and maintenance work as required.
- Carries out electronic equipment preventive and routine maintenance.
- Attends to all types of repair and maintenance work in the hotel premises, including any new additional/extensions to the hotel or any other properties maintained by the hotel.
- Responsible for maintains and updated filing system in the Engineering department
- Purchasing and maintaining adequate supplies of merchandise, while drastically reducing overhead and increasing points.
