- First time mother on a sabbatical leave! Took the hard decision to stay at home full time to take care of my first child and allow my spouse to pursue continuing education and career goals as Operations
Manager. Ready to go back to work and actively seeking for a new challenge.
- Skills developed: Multitasking, time management, problem-solving, negotiation, mentoring, etc.
- Handle guests’ complaints and requests on behalf of the Director of Operations and the Director of Business Development.
- Perform office duties including ordering supplies, managing a records database, cascading information to the rest of the departments, arranging business meetings, preparing expenses reports.
- Coordinate administrative activities for Executive Office such as managing calendars, making travel
arrangements, preparing executive presentations and reports, etc.
Handle guest’s requests in a polite and efficient manner during their stay by providing them with information on the hotel services and local sites of interest
Escorts all guests to their rooms upon arrival, explains room’s and hotel’s facilities
Staff responsibilities include polishing of cutleries, glasses and plates/cups
Entering important data in the computer and processing daily reports
Rotation in all F&B Outlets, including All Day Dining and Signature restaurants, Lounge
Assist the Restaurant Manager and Supervisors in daily basis operations
To attend and participate in F&B daily briefings
Help waiters and hostess on the floor
Ensure guest satisfaction
