Ltd.), India) to Automobile, White Goods & other OEM Customers like Maruti Vendors, Tata Vendors, J.B.M Group, Orient Fans, Whirlpool, L.G etc.

Cost Reduction Man Management
•Expertise in implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of production cost and raw materials.
•Expertise in handling the inventory function, to curtail inventory-holding expenses and adherence to the minimum inventory level to minimize wastage.

Functioned as Incharge in Operation area covering Profile Line, Corrugation Machine and Cut To Length Lines, Slitting Lines & CRM Mill.
•To manufacturing the desired output of right quality & quantity at right time & reduce the cost of production by minimizing wastage of materials & economic utilization of resources & enhancing customer satisfaction.
•To make sure that finish product meets all the requirements of the customer and according the norms.
•Control on all type of wastage like consumable, idle time & salvage.
•Planning machine and manpower to optimize maximum output.
•To achieve the production target as per planning.
•To enhance the process yield upto 98%.
•Preparation of Yield, Utilization (MIS) report at the end of the month.
•Responsible for all types of packing(Export-OEM-Trade-Auc) with in-house manufacturing of packing material
•Involved in Housekeeping and hygiene procedures with all production area.
•Preparing working schedules, training material.
•Ensured multi skilling among operators thereby reducing overtime.
•Liaison with engineers & operators for conducting preventive maintenance of line equipments.
•Continuously improving (kaizen) working procedures.
•Preparing and updating all productions and ISO related documents time to time.
