Reporting to General Manager and managing full spectrum of HR and Administration functions of Tamimi Industrial Services, a
branch of Tamimi Global Co. Ltd.
* To review and define the current and future manpower needs against business strategy.
* To ensure an appropriate talent acquisition plan and hiring of human resources accordingly.
* To lead and manage end to end full recruitment cycle for management staff and skilled/non-skilled manpower.

Managing full spectrum of Administration functions, services and programs within Domestic Construction & Services Business
Area.
* Supervise and manage a team of 50+ admin staff members both at Head office and project sites.
* Periodical visits to different project sites to review and monitor the situation of Industrial Relations and General
administrative operations, also to review the implementation of strategic plans i.e Security, Community relationship &
employees welfare etc.
* Strategic and proactive planning for selection/hiring of administration staff for different project sites, also managing inter-
projects transfers and deployment of manpower.
* Development of annual manpower plans (headcount planning), inter BA transfer strategy and quality objectives (KPI’s).
* Lead and manage end to end recruitment cycle & fulfill the Projects skilled/unskilled manpower requirement.
* Performance review of all skilled/unskilled manpower.
* Manage and ensure foolproof security measures at project sites by selection & deploying third party security agencies.
* Efficiently managing clearance from EOBI(Employees Old Age Benefits Institute), ESSI (Employees Social Security
Institute) and labor department, cost effective reconciliation of disputes /objections of contributions at different project
sites.
* Managing time to time updating of GDMS(Gainful Deployment Manpower System) in light of labor laws, EOBI and ESSI
addendums/notifications.
* Preparation of various manpower headcount & strength reports through SAP and GDMS.
* Managing cost effective arrangement of canteen contractors and ensure quality and hygienic catering services at local
project sites.
* Proactive actions to deal with litigation cases of different project sites.
* Managing and maintaining effective relations with private and public departments to cater organization needs i.e
WAPDA, Police, Telecom, Courts, Municipality, Tehseel & district administration, Sui Gas, NADRA, Excise & Taxation,
Vehicle registration authority, PIA, Railway, Defense etc.
* Effectively conducting administrative audits / reviews to ensure the implementation of company’s SOP’s, PEB, policies
and Labor Laws at all sites, also ensuring the controlled display of company signboards as per standards defined in
company Brand Book.
* Comparative and cost effective management of company guest houses, hotels and travels (domestic & International).
* Leading cost effective management of company vehicles (Registration, Tokens renewal, route permits, Insurance &
periodic maintenance) and ensuring efficiently use of company pool vehicles. Strategic planning of inter-project
transfers of company vehicles.
* Maintaining the liaison with labor & clients personnel for healthy team work environment.
* Supervised Administration teams and provided corporate administrative support to execution teams of following
Turnarounds, construction and maintenance projects simultaneously in Pakistan; MOL, Ranolia Hydro Project, New
Khanki Barrage, Jinnah Barrage Rehabilitation project, Mangla DAM Raising, AES Lalpir, PARCO oil Refinery, Gharo
and Jhambir Wind Power projects, PTA Lotte, Engro Chemicals, Byco Oil Refinery, National Oil Refinery, Pakistan Oil
Refinery, Uch-II power Project.
