-Lead project control activities
-Responsible for ensuring effective project control measures are executed with particular emphasis on schedule management, planning and progress monitoring
-Ensuring the Project controls team produce daily/ weekly / monthly reports in line with the project and providing details on progress, actuals, forecast and explanation of variances.

-Develop dashboards to communicate cost and schedule performance to teams in real time.
-Provide an interface between Project Manager and Operation Manager with respect to cost and schedule performance, reporting and approvals.

-Developed and implemented proper and effective project management plan with particular emphasis on
