To recruit, train and motivate the agents to close sales, to conduct sales meetings, to perform administrative duties and stay tuned with latest market updates, to manage and handle existing brokers/developers network and acquire new brokers/developers base, customer relationship and services, handling various corporate, analyze customers on basis of needs(commercial and residential), strategies implementation and control, also handling recovery of balance payment management, advice clients on property transactions, to identify potential clients who are keen on expanding/purchasing new property, assisting clients with evaluation of offers, negotiating terms and deal closure, site visit with clients, completion and submission of necessary forms, attend association meetings.
Lead a team of professionals to create global real estate data base, train them in telecalling and with a proven track record of motivating the team, responsible for quality control, content creation and management of data related to real estate market, to work single-handedly for identifying micro-markets in different cities and to mark them on Google maps, collecting information about all the past, ongoing & future residential, commercial, retail, IT parks, office space & hospitality projects all across major Indian cities., assisting team mates in analyzing pan India real estate market trends with supply and absorption across various micro-markets, responsible for capturing & updating auctions & tenders for major projects which include BOT, DBOT for the website, helping other team members in doing surveys and feasibility study of various projects and according to the requirement of specific clients.
