Manage the financial implications of all delivery projects with regards to timely billing, invoicing and debt management.
Ensuring the smooth production of campaigns - from briefing designers and developers to managing budgets and a team of executives.

Successes include:

*Campaign management : Planned and launched integrated campaigns across web and social media using Facebook, twitter, Youtube for 10 FMCG and international automobile brands.

*Mobile Apps: Successfully planned, developed and launched over 20 mobile apps for leading local and international brand driven campaigns.

*E-commerce: Revamped a leading fashion retailer online store by improving the UX/UI Design and improving engagement by 223% within 2 months of new seasonal online campaign.

ROLE AND PURPOSE:

Responsible for spearheading, evangelizing and championing Jotun MEIA’s digital marketing ecosystem, digital content strategy on a regional level. Manage Jotun MEIA’s digital presence in all online channels regionally centered on Jotun.com/me and strengthening the brand position through the most efficient and relevant digital mix. Leading strategic digital experience for Jotun and its sub-brands across web, mobile, digital media and leading social media platforms in manner that results in increased brand awareness & engagement.

Led the company’s efforts to build a substantial presence in Social Media. Slowly built extensive presence on Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest and Instagram and organized a group of dedicated digital & social media ambassadors throughout the MEIA region who help amplify the message.


KEY FOCUS AREAS:


● To connect to the target Audience using digital & social platforms in an effort to increase Jotun's brand equity and online experiences for the customers while ensuring a consistent marketing message and strengthening the brand position in the market.

● Initiate, lead and manage Jotun Paints MEIA brand’s digital presence, including online brand management, strategy development, tactical implementation and tracking/reporting.

● Work cross-functionally with regional and local teams including Communications, Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Retail/Trade and IT to ensure optimization of online initiatives.

● Work with PR agency and ensure an active database of key press and media people is maintained, and ensure maximum media solicitations and exposures.

● Act as the Custodian of Jotun’s Brand guidelines, ensuring all activities strictly follow Corporate brand guidelines and central elements are followed as much as possible.

● Budgeting and Forecasting Marketing Communication activities into the Yearly Financial Calendar.

● Establish objectives & goals for social media channels in order to engage the target audience and initiate repeated returns and dialogue with Jotun Brands.

● Reporting the performance on various digital activations and platforms to the Regional Marketing Director for MEIA region.

● Lead Advisory to digital teams across the MEIA region on local brand activation campaigns.

● Monitor and Joint Advisory on all local marketing campaigns along with Communication Director across MEIA region.

4. Nominated for ‘Best IMC campaign - Non food FMCG Category’ at ‘Effies MENA 2013’
5. Launched one of the first ‘Augmented Reality’ campaigns at BIG5 Middle East exhibition 2013.

KEY PROJECTS:

● Led the Global CMS redesign and development project for Jotun Group for MEIA region partnering with Europe’s leading agency CapGemini.

● Successfully launched the first ‘Global TVC’ integrated campaign both offline and online reaching 1 million views on Youtube in less than 3 weeks and 4500% increased engagement on the official facebook page.

● Jotun ColourMatch Mobile App on iphone and Android platforms.

● Launched on of Middle East’s first ‘Augmented Reality’ technology based campaign in the leading exhbitions across the GCC such as BIG5 Middle East, Abu Dhabi Construction Week etc.

● Successfully launched and implemented Digital and Social Media guidelines for Jotun Paints MEIA

● Redesigned ‘JOIN’, Jotun’s Intranet for internal communication and collaboration.
