Responsible for Dialux, ETAP and vendor document review.
Cable sizing calculation, transformer sizing calculation, DG Set calculation, battery calculation, Preparation of cable schedule for the project, done cable schedule, interconnection schedule, load schedule, cable layout, earthing layout for water treatment and waster water treatment projects.
1.Preparation of electrical Design Basis Report which outlines the entire project technical details.
2. Preparation of Single line diagram for various systems like HT distribution system (6.6 kV, 11kV, 33kV, 220kV, 400kV), LT panels and switch yard etc.
3. Sizing of above and below grounding system, Cables, Bus duct, PT & CT, Battery, UPS, Diesel Generators, Earthing system, cathodic protection system etc. Conceptual implementation of protection system for generators, Transformers, motors, switch yard, switchboard etc as per IEEE standards.
4. Implemented varois switchyard equipments ranging from 132kV to 400kV Air Insulated Switch yard.
5. Able to do relay setting calculation for various equipment.( by ETAP also).
6. Done engineering for various control panels like Synchronization panel, Relay panels, Metering panel AVR panels, APFC panels and Switch yard control panels etc.
7. Conduct the system studies with ETAP.
8. Preparation of Work schedule for the subordinates in order to achieve the target.
9. Preparation of civil and mechanical input data.
10.Preparation of specification for all equipment in accordance with the standards.
11.Reviewing all electrical equipment pre-ordering and post ordering vendor drawings, datasheet etc., and ensure the items in accordance with the specification.
12.Reviewing the cable routing, earthing routing drawings of entire plant and prepare the cable schedule, earthing schedule.
13.Preparation of MTO for electrical discipline.
14.Reviewing the documents submitted by NOV and cameron.
