Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for gamut of HR & Office Administration of Abu Dhabi Business Operations.
• Prepare & Roll-out the Employment Handbook for Shared Services Operations.
• Implementation of SAP - HR Module & Psychometric, Functional Tests for all levels.
• Mobilize & demobilize the employees based on the projects requirements.
• Briefing on company policies & benefit entitlements like HRA, leaves and insurance to the candidates & arranging their visa’s accordingly.

• Ensure the Legal Compliance is adhered 100% in-line with legal regulations of UAE.
• Handling employee grievance, disputes & initiate discipline action (wherever required).
• Responsible for Employee Health & Safety.

• Developing and Implementing the Strategic Plans & HR Policies are in-line with company objectives.

• Driving & Monitoring the Performance Appraisal Process across all the levels in the organization.
• Responsible for Employee Welfare & Benefits Admin. like Uniforms, Medical Insurance, GPA Policy, Gratuity, Car Leasing etc.,
• Analyze the key drivers like Recruitment cost, L&D, Attrition, Retention, Salary, Visa Cost, Air fares, Admin. Expenses etc., through HR Metrics.

• Successfully closed the critical / open 17 positions within 1 month.
• Reduced Recruitment lead time from 60 Days to 45 Days within 3 Months.
