To Manage Warehouse Personnel in order to get an optimum operation skill and use training plan to maintain updated personnel warehouse knowledgement. To consolidate all Geomarket Materials & Warehouse information. To take the necessary way and initiatives in order to control the warehouses efficiently. Responsible to manage Warehouse Personnel and their Training. Introduce, analyze and update KPI’s. Define and Execute action Plans in order to avoid lose time. Manage 100% QHSE Personnel Training Compliance and give instructions to Vendors about SLB QHSE rules. To give a monthly Report Obsolete Materials Level and their reduction level.

I Developed a parts distribution system (Availability in 48 hours) and Inventory Control Assessor.(KANBAN), Total Quality Management Assessor, Parts commercialization and distribution Assessor, Operation Process Traceability Assessor.
Product support at major projects at logistic & Stock Purchase Orders, inventory control, optimization of bin sizing at warehouse and critical parts availability at customers like “Carbones del Guasare”, “Bauxilum”, “Lagoven” and others petroleum companies, I was a leader from the parts department team to the implantation and development of the new computer system from Venequip (SIV “Sistema Integrado Venequip”), Getting the parts turn over from Caterpillar policy, Analysis and Stock Purchase Orders to Caterpillar (Peoria, IL.) $300.000 weekly (“Dealer Net Price”) for eighteen different branches, I developed a system to decrease inter-branches parts Transfers time. It decreased in a 90% and the transfers cost decreased in a 10% since last system ended (DOMESA Project Regional Manager: Carlos Castellanos 058251-2329302/0925/2048), I gave continuous training to branches for the best Inventory Control, Logistic and Parts Operations, I was a leader at parts Department for ISO-9002 implementation.
I have a very high knowledge & Skill about Oil & Gas Inventory, Materials, Warehouse & Logistic Operation; I know about Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP, communication Software, Emulation to AS-400 systems and dBase III plus system program development, Procurement and Contract administration. I am an analytic person able to work in order to take the right part in the right place in the right time involving all materials preservation tips to ensure the best Materials availability reducing cost operation integrating all QHSE Policy to obtain a safety way to do it. I always use a continuous improvement way to get goals and objectives involving personnel as a part of the solutions.
