Onboarding process of new employee/s both local hire and deployed sourced from other countries.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation and assist in resolving issues that may arise.
Employee Letter Request (Employment and Salary Certificate, Bank
Letters, VISA Letters, Family NOC Letters etc.)
Issuance of Employee Letters such as Increment Letters, Disciplinary Actions and Warning Letters.
Employee Data Reports (on a monthly basis)
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations.
Assisting HR Manager all HR related requests and concerns Performs other duties as assigned.
