 Audit membership contracts in line with the promotions, guidelines and terms and conditions applied
 Amendment of member account adjustments when required
 Amendments to Members details
 Responsible for communicating to Club level regarding memberships and billing accounts and other membership issues
 Club support for MKI processing of sales and renewal
 Responsible for the database of the clubs
 Ensure that all updates/ free months will be posted in the system.

 Direct contact of the club for all the follow ups regarding membership billing and adjustments issues

 Provide feed backs and Relay all relevant information to Customer Service Head
 Assist calls in the office (inbound and outbound) for customer service
 Data administration to support current and future business activities
 Secure business revenue based on member account accuracy
 Maintains efficiency, accuracy and confidentiality of each members information, status and account in MF system

 Reporting straight to Customer Service Head
