• Manage the daily workflow of the WPS Bulk Acquisition Team.
• Enforce the bank’s policies, rules, and regulations for WPS Payroll Account Opening.
• Conduct auditing works by securing company documents are valid and complete while ensuring that company information is updated in the bank’s system prior to WPS payroll agreement approval.

• Supervise the reactivation of approx. 300 dormant payroll accounts.
• Supervise the cross-selling of approx. 2, 400 family shield insurance to payroll account holders.

• Manage sales of multiple products like personal finance, credit card and insurance.
• Facilitate the application of new companies with good business profile to be approved in the bank.
• Generate leads from listed companies to source current account and personal finance customers.
• Establish new clientele through networking by asking for referrals from friends and old customers.
