1.To review and analyse tariff applications from utilities and
advise accordingly;
2.Conduct surveys on energy products and services;
3.To manage various data bases and ensure that data is kept and
analysed for future usage and forecasting;
4.To conduct economic analyses with a view to interpret the
influence of the economic environment on energy sector and
advise stakeholders;
5.Handle customer complaints and queries and prepare reports;
6.To compile, review and analyse performance reports on the
performance of the energy sector;
7.Undertake performance bench marking with both local and
foreign utilities;
8.Conduct consumer communication workshops
