•Installation and configuration of Cisco Unified Communication Manager 4.x (CUCM),
Cisco Unity & Unity Connection and New Cisco IP phones.
•Troubleshooting of IP Telephony issues, Gateways, Call Routing and Unity, PRI, CAS, FXO,
FXS, Voice Gateways, SRST, CME, CUE, Voice mail, UCCX (contact Center), installation of Cisco Unity Connection Server and integration with CUCM.
•Performing Network Planning and Administration, designing and implementing new
Technologies.
•L2 load balancing by RSTP. L3 load balancing by HSRP.
•Working Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, RTP, VOIP, MGCP, H.323, SIP, JTAPI, QOS and
voice gateways, voice VLAN`s, Cisco Switching and Routing protocols.
