● Lead sales activities for the education sector to meet the specified targets
● Manage and assign sales resources to opportunities to maintain healthy sales pipeline.
● Generate leads and Search for opportunities and Initiate projects to achieve the company’s Marketing and Financial objectives.
● Conduct technical and financial proposals for the incoming RFP and opportunities.
● Oversee the collection process and customer outstanding dues.
● Act as Engagement manager to which customer escalates for any aroused conflict during the project lifetime
● Manage contracts’ deliverables, payments and commitments.
• Carry out direct sales activities targeting customers in education and enterprise sectors
• Manage customer engagement and contracts and ensure deliverables are met as per the contract terms.
• Manage customer accounts including account handling, business support and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Manage the relationship with strategic partners such IBM and Microsoft.
• Manage the negotiation and the relationship with prime vendors under whom we bid in the Governmental projects
• Conduct technical and financial proposals for the incoming RFP and opportunities.
• Run CRM for registering and tracking the existing leads and opportunities.
• Oversee the collection process and customer outstanding dues.
