 Disbursement of Payroll with coordination of HR department
 Reconciliation of suppliers & customers
 Aging analysis & knockoff of suppliers & customers
 Holder of Factory Imprest Money
 Booking of expenses & liabilities and Bank payment vouchers in “SAP Business One” (GL)
 Verification of “Bank Receipt Vouchers”
 Monthly calculation & booking of financial charges (Short term & Long term loans)
 Costing/ Valuation of Imports
 Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements on Bi-monthly basis
 Monthly calculation and booking of LC’s Markup
 Monthly Calculation and Booking of Raw Materials Purchased on Cash & on LC
 Liaison with Finance Department & Banks regarding daily payments/receipts and other financial matters
 Complete working (Preparation of Computation Summary, Annexure-A, B, C, D, I & G) of monthly Sales Tax Payable
 Responsible for working, payment and monthly return submission of provincial service providers on Sindh Revenue Board & KPK Revenue Authority
 Processing payment of Sales Tax, E-filing & submission of monthly Sales Tax Return
 Preparation of Sales Tax reconciliation & Sales Tax Withheld certificates
 Responsible for replies to notices/correspondence and tax audits of FBR and provincial revenue boards
 Properly maintaining files of sales tax in both hard and soft form
 Preparation of Debit/Credit notes as per requirement of management
 Complete working, processing payment & E-Filing of supplier’s withholding tax on Bi-monthly basis
 Submission of supplier’s withholding tax statement on monthly basis
 Income tax calculations for immovable properties (Rental Godown & Offices) under section 155 of Income Tax Ordinance 2001
 Complete working, processing of payment, E-Filling & submission of monthly statement of employee’s withholding tax
 Completion of any Management Reports as & when required
