•Implement the Employee services police, processes, procedures and standards in daily operations.
•Ensure that employees' services and transaction take place within set services delivery parameters.
•Monitor employees' services and transaction (contract renewals, attendance records, leaves, overtime, travel advances introduction letters, etc.) to ensure they are accurate and within approved policy guidelines.
