Responsible for managing regional office for Middle East and North Africa region covering sales, operations, technical service support, certifications and after sales support, with P&L accountability. Asses and develop service support departments within dealer networks and provide all forms of technical support. Appoint and enable dealers in the MEA region to support sales growth and delivery of tower crane business in the region. Focus on maximizing profitability for the area by enhancing revenue, margins and operating at minimum costs. Review annual budgets with dealers. Attend technical and commercial meetings with dealers and directly with contractors and end users in areas of no dealership. Achieving set targets in excess of tens millions of Euros. Direct responsibility for factory service teams in the region, with operations across MENA and GCC (more than 250 cranes in Makkah and Dubai).
