Work Description:
Handling Agencies and Non-Agencies claims all over UAE.
Preparing LPO to agency and garages as well.
Analyze claims to determine extent of company’s liability, make approval or denial decisions and negotiate settlements with claimants in accordance with policy provisions.
Ensure claims are settled in accordance with policy and company guidelines.
Promptly advise clients of decisions regarding claims.
Deny claims where applicable.
Apply creative problem solving to selected claims, while adhering to policy definitions and regulation.
Thorough documentation and general office administration.
Provide support to customers regarding progress of claims, policy content and customer’s responsibility
Resolved queries and complaints in a professional and swift manner.
Coordinated underwriters, loss adjustors and claims officers to attend to claim.
Evaluation of liability exposure.
Preparing daily survey report and allotting to respective garages.
Responsible for the settlement of the invoices of the Agencies as well as Garages.
Assuming responsibilities in the absence of superiors.
Attending to Customer queries and handling correspondence with clients and insurers.
Handling recovery claims.
Follow up with Customers / Garages and ensure that the vehicles are repaired in time with customer satisfaction. Attending the Telephone calls of the customers and assisting them. (Business Excellence)
To register claim and provide claim advise to insured. To follow up with the surveyor to conduct accident assessment and surveyor report. Claim processing for approval by putting up claim note for approval within one working day from receipt of final documents.
Claim process registration 100% of claim within the same day of intimation for walking individual customers. For others within one working day of reporting.
Surveying vehicles negotiate repair estimates with workshop/agencies to reduce repair costs.
Quality of claim documentation error less than 1% of claim handled and customer service complaints less than 1% of the claim handled.

Processing Certificates and all types of endorsements relevant to motor line of business as Per given process.
Quoting rates for different types of motor policies like individual and corporate.
Provide technical assistance to agents and processing staff on an “as needed basis”.
Providing quotes for motor class and follow - Ops.
Handling all the sales executive regarding insurance queries.
Ability to analyze and interpret insurance coverage, policies, procedures and reports.
Renewing and amending existing policies for the clients.
Co-coordinating with Business manager and Finance manager.
Assisted in developing a more efficient way to track policyholders and any reported incidents.
Providing excellent customer service and provide support to retain and acquire profitable business
Of the economy.
To assist the Team leader in all his responsibilities relating to certificate serving in OPS department.
Process and review insurance documentation and ensure all documents are complete.
Documented, scrutinized and applied the underwriting policies to the best of my knowledge.
