-Acts as the core link between all company departments and the branches.

-Marketing department: Coordinating the branch’s requests and new ideas to the marketing department and follow up on achieved tasks.

-Human Resources department: Coordinating the requests from HR such as recruitment plans, candidate profile and the like.

-Supervises corporate posts weekly meetings with them and submits reports to Sales Director.

-Preparing and organizing manager weekly meeting

-Preparing agent monthly and quarterly performance reports to discuss with director and manager.

-Branch Visits to evaluate REC performance and compile them with REC appraisal to result in a combined performance report
