Oversee all daily office functions ensuring the organization and staff have a satisfying work environment.
Maintain records of correspondence
Manage & maintain management calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings
Provide administrative assistance to all company departments
Attend meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes
Assist with all travel bookings (required documents, visa issuing, tickets, hotel reservation .., etc )
Assist with the preparation and submit of weekly and monthly reports.

Handling employee benefits and compensation
Identifying and attracting top talent for a company's open positions
Ensure that all HR policies & Laws are up to date with legislation and accurate.
Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
Provide advice and support to all employees on day to day of HR. rules, updates, …etc
Managing and updating employee records and data on the HR system
Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of the HR system
Troubleshooting and resolving any issues or errors with the HR system
Providing support and training to employees on how to use the HR system
