Key Responsibilities:

In-charge of the airlines counters activities such as reservation, ticketing and travel agents service and coordinating with them. Supervising the junior staffs work, guiding and advising them in their daily routine Coordinating with the travel agents and the other airlines for their specific requirements and arrange accordingly. Finalizing the flight load in order to arrange the catering with the head quarters and to reduce the no-show bookings and to arrange the onward bookings with the other airlines. Updating the manifest records, flight schedules and cargo related matters. Preparing the daily sales report, auditing the flight coupons, and to cross check the fares quoted, handling the refunds, re-issue of tickets, PTA, MCO and stock inventory and the daily cash sales. Handled the group bookings, global hotel reservations, assisting the passengers with the emigration formalities such as visit, transit and inbound and outbound travels, lost baggage and lost ticket claims and coordinating the flight capacity according to the load and season
