Responsible for all factory activities including new products introduction and sales team technical support
Main duties:
1. Preparing feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis for proposed Products, Production Lines and Factories.
2. Review and Approve design and Master BOMs and production routing.
3. Review and Approve Master schedule plans.
4. Review and check the RM PO (500K + ) before submitting to GM for final approval.
4. Preparing the group factories for implementing ERP SAP system as a project in charge for (MM. PP, QM, PM ) modules.
5. Execute approved proposals based on Project Management Approach.
6. Training Saudi Engineers.
The factory specialized in steel fabrication, in addition to scaffolding and formwork systems, with more than 3200 Ton capacity per month and more thank 300 manpower.
The main role is analyzing current and future products and services lines, and preparing full market, financial and technical studies, some of studies are:
1. preparing feasibility study for Aluminium extrusion line.
2. preparing feasibility study for Pipe mill production line.
Other Roles:
1. Supporting sales and marketing team,
2. Finalizing Machine and equipment purchasing contracts from KSA, UAE, Egypt, India, Taiwan and china.
3. Supervising regional offices in India and China
4. Assisting Deputy GM and GM in technical issues.
5. assistance production and planning activities in the factories.
6. Designing of new systems and components based on clients requirements.
My main achievements were:
1. Doubling the production capacity of the factory through utilizing the available resources by effective training and efficient planning.
2. Integrating the sales and marketing team with the factory capabilities for better customer satisfaction.
3. Introducing quality manual as a main step to obtain ISO certifications
4. Installing high technology machines and production lines that improve the factory capacity and products range.
Operation Manager
Since 1/7/2002 to 1/4/2004 I worked as design and production engineer where my main achievement was introducing SolidWorks® in our production and design department.
Since 1/4/2004 to 15/1/2005 I worked as Product Manager for Physical Security Products in marketing and sales department, my main achievement was doubling the sales volume, and also introducing new products and services. Where my responsibilities enlarged to include supervision on marketing, customer service, and extending product range of physical security products, along with my responsibility in production and design.
Since 15/1/2005 to 1/7/2006 I worked as part time employee where I supervised all my previous work and training new engineers. During this period I prepared myself for MBA from University of Jordan.
Since 1/7/2006 to 30/8/2007 I worked full time as Special Projects Manager, working on custom made products and special projects for company.
Moreover, I introduced and designed company website, and also I am the responsible of maintaining company server, network and computers.
