MAKANI HR focal point in Azraq refugees camp, responsible for the Syrian volunteer in the camp, hiring the volunteer behavior and all thing related to Human resources.
CARE International - Azraq Refugee Camp
~Case Management Assistant Volunteer (Outreaching) for one month
Field visits to the refugee’s shelters; collecting data and information from refugees; supplying them with information about the organization and the activities and services offered. Additionally, worked for a brief period as a receptionist, welcoming incoming refugees and providing them with information about the services available at CARE.
~Transferred to work in M&E Offices
(monitoring and evaluation office) for two month
Entry of data offline; constructing excel sheets with the collected data; frequent assessment of the services provided to make sure that they are adequately adapted to the refugees’ needs; making sure that the activities provided by CARE are of the highest quality and inquire if they fit refugees’ requests; making sure that the activities provided in the community centers are in accordance to the previously established schedule; follow-up on the complaints of refugees and offering psychological support when needed; informing refugees about the date and time of focus groups; collecting information on successful stories of admirable refugees, putting together their life experience in order to share with the community; reporting and collecting information regarding important activities that take place in the public spaces of the camp; outreaching activities collecting information of important situations that need to be shared with CARE’s staff
I am a committed and hard-working person who aims at teaching children of different ages, backgrounds, and special needs, giving them equal opportunities and empowering them through education. During my studies, I acquired the tools to make the learning experience dynamic and enjoyable for young children and help them improve their behaviours while playing. I take my job seriously and will go beyond the specified requirements in order to provide the best results.
