Establish new agreements
Review existing partner and make sure they are satisfied with numbers of enrolled students
Increase number of enrolled students to universities which we have agreements with, in order to increase total income from commissions
Review our relationship with partners and discuss commission increase, bonus and marketing support
Exploring new markets outside the USA and Canada
Develop products/find majors that suit the needs for our students
Train admission or counselors about new markets or new partners
Send performance reports to our partners every quarter
Be the main contact from Yes Atlas with our partners in case of handling issues, visits arrangements, commissions, conflicts etc.

Managing the dimension of processing of a portfolio of programs in close liaison with academic
departments, applying agreed criteria to make admissions decisions consistently and fairly.
Handle telephone and email inquiries from prospective students in professionally matter
Process incoming applications for all degree programs, checking qualifications, the validity of
decisions and the authenticity of results.
Ensure the correct procedures are followed when dealing with international students requiring
visas in accordance with any modified immigration laws.
Represent the company in any conventions or conferences.
Assist the production and distribution of publicity material and updating the web.
Coordinating with the advertising agency on any marketing material required for publication
aspects and the design concepts needed.

• Providing current admissions status of available places

• Managing incoming applications and documentation (including those from overseas)

• Following and maintaining office procedures

• Preparing regular reports for the Admissions Manager

• Assisting in the preparation and attendance of Admission Office related events

• Applying agreed criteria to make admissions decisions consistently and fairly.

Attend to the slips listing absent students and posted on the door of each classroom;
Enter all students’ lateness and absences;
Deal decisively with report books;
Solve simple problems (such as talking in class, no homework…)on the same day;
Set an invigilation timetable for detentions;
Deal with detentions seriously;
