Assigned tasks to stuff and made sure that they are all motivated to reach daily targets. Managing daily operations of the store and implementing strategies to maximise sales. Managing the shop floor by allocating tasks to workers whilst making sure everything run smoothly in the shop floor.
Duties included training sales consultant on how to provide excellent customers service and sales skills in order to meet sales targets. Other duties included making the monthly rota, merchandising and dealing with reports.
Motivated a large team of 25, which resulted in almost every individual meeting the target after my first month of been given the rule as a supervisor. I did this by introducing incentives and creating an energetic environment to ensure each individual is encouraged to not only meet their targets, but to also exceed it. A few months later my team was recognised as the team with the highest conversion. Converting more people from the company’s database into customers with a minimum of a two-years contract.
