Underwriting, issuing motor policy By Using ADNIC, OMAN, AXA, RSA, SALMA, UNITED, E- MOTOR on line system, get quotations from the insurance company’s to give the best rate for our client, handle all motor fleets, follow up all matters for Claims, recovery, and settlement
2 (insurance assistant): emirates insurance
1-settlement department; settlement process invoices, Cheque preparation, follow up with the agencies, workshops, handle all the total loss cases and getting the approval from the top management.
2- recoveries department; recover payments from the other companies and handle total loss cases.
3- Customer service: follow - up LBO answering phones, email, opining files for customer.
(customer service) Administrative Assistant orthopedic doctor (Dr.Hamed Ben Baraka ) in the insurance work,
1- follow-ups: MRI, blood test, X-ray and operations approvals with insurance companies printing of reports,
2-coordination appointments
3-register patients in and out, capture insurance cards information on the system to open patient card.
4-welcome patients and direct them to specific department
5- general guidance and ensure that guests / patients are well informed of all procedures where applicable
