- Issuing and managing rental receipts, utility payments, and monthly sales collection.
- Issuing, reviewing, and archiving financial records of all stores’ contracts and financial
documents, material acquisition, and invoice tracking.
- Communicating with upper management to improve, assess, and pitch leasing
strategies.
- Assisting in monitoring the operational performance of services provided by external
suppliers.
- Resolving administrative issues (legal cases, financial, operational, and external
engagement).
- Engagement with potential investors and issuing lease quotations
- Coordinate events and establish communication with performer
- Coordinating with participants to determine performance timing and content
- Coordinate with all the departments involved in the organization of the event
