Provides technical supervision, including analysis of interim reports, participation in
workshops, literature searches, identification and administration of resource
persons/consultants in support of projects .
Coordinate program activities with vendors for humanitarian response shipments, logistic
and distribution as volunteer team leader.
Follow up with beneficiaries, local leaders, and volunteers on any shipment or distribution
issue.
Identify strengths and weaknesses in existing data collection and management systems and
propose solutions along with the M&E Manager in term of IDPs.
Monitor implementation of each grant by requesting and reviewing written evaluations and
by conducting site visits.
Prepare the beneficiary list for all programs (

Assist in data ( collection, verification, entry and cleaning ).
Assist in collecting data for monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
