Major duties include but not limited to:

•Assist International companies with their recruitment needs and headhunting candidates
•Share a list of shortlisted candidates with my client and help them in finding the right candidate

• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by building long-term relationships and providing quality customer service
•Determine customers’ recruitment needs, and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs.
•Give online demonstrations to clients on Bayt.com in order to handle objection and convince customers to buy
•Calling clients at least once per month in order to ensure a strong relationship
