Key functions:
Headhunting, Overseas bulk recruitment, Agency recruitment, Brand management, Market mapping , Project management, ATS administration, CBI and Advertising.
Major Responsibilities:
• Liaising and managing annual divisional staffing plans within my areas of responsibilities.
• Data mining using Job Portals/Databases/Head Hunting
• Screening and competency based interviews for management candidates
• Screen, shortlist, categorize, talent pool, and negotiate offers, in liaison with concerned division (Audio, video, onsite, technical, and flyouts)
• Prepare Offer Letters for successful candidates (both local & overseas candidates)
• Working on Applicant Tracking Systems and HR software
• Creating the Local Transfer Requests, Visa Requests and NOC’s thus coordinating with the Government Relations Department
• Process Travel Requests and Accommodation for Overseas candidates and New Joiners
• Work closely with team members to onboard, and induct successful candidates, to their joining.
• Act as main point of contact with key stakeholders in the business.
• Overseas bulk recruitment for major projects (i.e. Mall of Qatar)
• Manage activity with recruitment agencies, for both bulk, and single pieces.

• Sourcing candidates & Screening CV’s through identified recruitment sources.
• Implementing overseas and local recruitment processes.
• Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
