Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008)
- Manages the Quality Management System and ensure compliance to company policies and procedures.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to ensure an appropriate level of internal controls.
- Work closely with engineering, project management, and sales operational peers to develop innovative techniques and solutions that meet customer needs with respect to functionality, performance, and reliability.
Internal Audit
- Supervise & manage the implementation of the Internal Audit (IA) function.
- Plan, Supervise, and execute Internal Audits on company operating procedures and report findings and recommendations to top management.
- Responsible for providing a full break down report of all internal audit findings, corrective and preventive action status to top management.
- Supervise a team of (12) internal auditors across all departments to achieve ARDIC Audit plan objectives.
- Monitor, report, and ensure all Team KPI’s are being met (exceeded).
- Develop status and performance reports and submit to management for performance tracking.
- Periodic meetings, presentations & workshops for the team with new methods of support and development needed.

Reporting Line: CEO, and HR & OD Director.
