•Prepare proposals, quotations and renewal quotations to clients and to contact and follow up with them.
•Issue polices and endorsements.
•Prepare Policy documentation from A-Z and dispatch to clients.
•Open Claims Files, process and handle claims.
•Liaising with clients, surveyors and loss adjusters to settle legitimate claims in a manner consistent with corporate guidelines and legislative requirements.
•Prepare regular reports (production/claims).
•Prepare reports related to finance / reinsurance/ management.
•Prepare facultative reinsurance slips and supporting information for correspondences with reinsurers or brokers for placements of risks.
•Review the proposal forms submitted by clients, address and assess the risks involved when insurance coverage is requested.
•Follow up on payments related to clients/reinsurance accounts.
•Follow up on signed and returned copies of issued polices and amendments.
•Contact Third Parties to obtain any necessary information or documents.
•Service Client Calls and answer questions from the clients about their insurances with the company.
