: Where I am an M&E Officer for the youth program, responsible for the outcome monitoring exercises which take place in the field, supervising the volunteers who are responsible for the data collection of all beneficiaries from Azraq and Zaatari camps and the host communities (Irbid and Mafraq), in addition to cleaning and analyzing the data and preparing the final reports, presentations, and infographics using toolboxes and systems like Kobo, Power BI, Piktochart, .. in addition to all other ad hock requests.
- Shelter Program at NRC: my tasks included preparing reports of accurate records of project activities and ensuring that the whole data is accurate and available on time, and then analyzing this data to show the weakness and strength points of the program, in addition to developing the weekly activity planning for myself and the team and providing the technical support needed.

My tasks included analyzing financials of 84 international subsidiaries, monthly, quarterly and year end closing in addition to amending their budget.
Filtering seller’s advertisements to be published online according to a set of standards, and assisting the seller’s in editing their rejected ads in order for them to meet the criteria for a qualified ad.

A member of Shamsuna group, an educational team and a charity working with Gaza refugee camp, Shamsuna has successfully designed and implemented a creativity program for kids aged from (8-11), which consists of five different topics, Art, Storytelling, Fun Science, Music, and Sport. Since 2013.
•A member of Basmitak Hatallem, a charity and development, nonprofit, volunteering group working to help residents of Gaza refugee camp, provide for themselves and have a consistent income through the initiation of small projects or business.
•A member in the General Assembly of Jordan Badminton Federation, in which we elect the federation’s board, approve the federation’s annual budget and business plan, and approve its participation in its general activities since 2014.
•A member of the women committee in the badminton federation.
