Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.
Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
Review time sheets showing employees' arrival and departure times.
Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
Review application/resume, Interview job applicants& evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
Writing ads and posting open positions, Drafting offer letters for new hires.
Design and conduct new employee orientations.
Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job documentation, job evaluation systems& complete salary survey questionnaires.
Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
Other duties as assigned.
