We start from design to implementation with complete services, for country pavilions and individual stands as well. Working all over the world, we work in Gulf, Europe mainly but we also worked in Africa, Asia and America.

I also had the pleasure to project manage events here in Egypt like, Food Africa and Suez Canal Extension opening ceremony among other projects,

1. Create and execute all local -below the line- marketing activities to meet funder-required benchmarks


2. Work with the headquarters marketing, designing and Production teams to facilitate design and product development workshops, as well as design consultant visits.
3. Conduct local and regional market research and network with international, regional and local buyers, in conjunction with ATA headquarters marketing team.
4. Organize local/regional craft and craft-related events in conjunction with NGO partners and artisans.
5. Supervise coordination of buyer visits in the region in conjunction with ATA headquarters marketing team.
6. Facilitate product design consultant assignments.
7. Designs prototype and production quality control.
8. Serve as point person for marketing Egyptian crafts in the international market
9. Present Egyptian handicrafts in international trade fairs.



Marketing Administration Responsibilities:

1. Follow-up on orders that may be written at the New York International Gift Fair - NYIGF and European shows such as Maison & Object, and any other buyer orders resulting from ATA marketing efforts. Oversee tracking of orders, payments to artisans and ensure quality control.
2. Supervise and review preparation of artisans’ orders and pricing from purchase orders received from buyers
3. Supervise communication with artisans and monitor production in relation to deadlines (artisan, exporter and buyer schedules).
4. Supervise preparation of local marketing events.
5. Supervise display of artisan products in the office.

UFI “the Global Association of the Exhibitions Industry” Africa / Middle East Chapter as a Coordinator for the chapter for 3 years in all the meetings and Coordinator for the UFI Congress on October 2003. I was also nominated to get training in the head quarter in Paris for 3 weeks before the Congress.
d. AUIEC “Arab Union for International Exhibitions & Conferences” as a Coordinator for the union for a year and half with all the meeting and general assemblies and also the organizers of 2 forums.
e. Assogypt as a Exhibition Manager of InterLeather, I handled the project form scratch starting from the deal with the Italian partner and ending with the exhibitions site management.
