•Accountable for growth strategies to ensure delivery of budgeted revenues for the UOP EMEA business
•Ensure prioritization and focused support for UOP CH initiatives 
•Support UOP CH growth by identifying new breakthrough solutions that address customer needs, deliver value, and result in competitive disruptors, while ensuring alignment of CA&S organization and functions
•Provide analytical support for other new services based growth initiatives, synthesize results and present to senior leadership.
•Integrate growth plans and targets into the sales forecasting process for the EMEA sales team to ensure seamless alignment between finance, production and sales management on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
•In conjunction with the EMEA Regional Sales Directors (Europe, Middle East, Africa and FSU), lead the regional and customer specific sales strategy setting process, develop and implement long term strategies for growth 
•Actively participate in global strategy initiatives that impact the EMEA region and pro-actively propose and lead strategic initiatives that support medium and long term growth in the region
•Take personal ownership of relationships at critical growth customers to grow installed base
•Mentor the UOP CH commercial organization staff with regard to succession planning and development

• Identify, nominate and evaluate independent investment opportunities intended to achieve income diversification within the company's criteria for financial and economical viability
• Manage project implementation, and continuous monitoring of operations in ongoing and developing projects
• Maintain, good working relations with new contacts, follow up on business opportunities by means of developing and nurturing new strategic alliances
• Strong customer service acumen; communicate goods and services to new clients
• Oversee the development of marketing literature
• Secure maximum levels of project finance
• Prepare presentations and reports to top managements with feed back based on studies regarding ongoing investments and projects

• Responsible for analytical acquisition and interpretation of data and operation support on the well site, on a daily basis
• Perform pre job planning, safety meetings. And post job analysis
• Continuous preventive maintenance activities, troubleshooting and comprehensive navigation of the system
• Professional training in the ability of immediate response to emergency. Participate in development program to accelerate learning
