Handle all export shipments of Arma group’s three companies
• Coordinate with the Export Business Managers in order to schedule the
orders’ shipping after getting notifications from the production and planning
department.
• Negotiate with the shipping lines and truckers with respect to the shipping
prices and services and select the best quotation and service as well
• Deal with trucking agents for local and international inland haulage.
• Arrange booking with shipping lines and scheduling shipping equipment &
tucks based on required arrival dates for export orders.
• Follow up financial status of customers with financial department in order
to get either an approval or rejection to load the order.
• Check/Revise all export letters of credits L/Cs and comply shipping documents with L/C instructions
• Send loading orders to relevant departments and warehouse.
• Deal with the customs agents to open custom certificates for shipments.
• Follow up containers loading process with warehouse till getting the loading notes and reports from the warehouse.
• Review the B/L that received from the shipping lines.
• Prepare all shipments documents as per the client’s requirements & their countries regulations.
• Find solutions for shipping & arrival dates in case of production department failed to produce what we agreed by giving the customers best logistical solutions and operational options for their Shipments
• Arrange the insurance policies for all the export shipments
• Maintain good relationships with the customers, updating them with their shipments’ statuses achieve all their requirements regarding to their shipments and documentation issues.
• Receive, Review shipping & trucking invoices, financial statement & approve for payment to financial department.
• Maintain reporting system and prepares reports/studies as required by the management on monthly and quarterly basis.
Handling all Sea freight department requests starting from preparing the quotation until handling the shipment operations.
-Dealing with all Shipping lines / co-loaders and coordinate with them for best rates and services.
-Handling the Export and Import shipping procedures and payments issues as well
Managing Agency Agreements &relationships & Requests with our agent’s worldwide and foreign sales.
-Responsible for Marketing and Sending our Company profile and introduction to new Agents for upcoming Business
-Issuing all Rates offers .Dealing with all Shipping lines and coordinate with them for best rate and service
-Filling the Rates and Offers daily.

2. Holding all my Clients shipments starting from Following the vessel schedules, Booking the shipments,
Arrange the local transportation & follow the track custom formalities with the customs broker, Typing
certificate of origin, until issue the Bill of Lading.
