Do design and shop drawings for Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC
systems, and the associated riser diagrams using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate between MEP trades using Revit and solve the clashes according
to the clash reports extracted from Navisworks.
• Arrange Mechanical calculations for mechanical systems (HVAC, Fire Fighting,
and Plumbing).
review design drawings, and material submittals and Prepare Mechanical
calculations for the HVAC System.
• Do cost estimates related to the project, Study Project bills of Quantities,
Drawings, and Schedules.
• Make sure that project work stays compliant with industry standards,
specifications, building codes, and design instructions.
• Executes the specific inspections of materials, equipment, and construction activities
• Check the contractor’s quantity survey QS to ensure the accuracy of quantities in
the invoices
• Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand them over to the
project consultant.
